We get it – plans change. snow happens, and sometimes the weather decides to throw its own party. At Cincinnati Christkindlmarkt/Fire & Ice, we want to make sure your icy adventures are as smooth as a perfectly crafted snowball. So, here’s the lowdown on our Igloo Rental Refund Policy – it’s like the North Pole magic, but with paperwork!
If you let us know 8 days or more before your rental, we’ll give you back your full $300—just minus a $50 admin fee (unfortunately we get charged processing fees and it takes us time…’gotta keep the lights on somehow).
Cancel within 7 days of your rental or don’t show up at all? Sorry, no refunds at that point. But don’t worry—you’ll still walk away with $300 in Cincinnati Lager House gift cards. They never expire and can be used for food, drinks, and gratuity or tipping your favorite server on your next visit.
So while refunds melt away closer to your date, your $300 always lives on in delicious food and drink.
